Spring 2012 Rec Soccer On-Line Registration

Season begins March, 23, 2012
Season ends May 20, 2012
Games will be played all day on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.

In order to streamline the registration process, all registrations are done on-line. As you complete the registration form, make sure you do the following:

Have a printer available
Print and Sign the Certificate of Registration
Mail or drop-off Certificate of Registration to CSA Office.
Include a check for applicable fees
Provide a copy of the player(s) birth certificate (new players only)
Certified Head Coaches must have a copy of their license on file at the CSA Office.
Your Child is not registered until the above is complete
It is your responsiblity to ensure we receive the signed waiver by January 31, 2012 or late fees will apply. Registration Details
